- Step 1: Inquiry and Sample Edit: Fill out this form and upload your paper for a free sample edit.

- Step 2: Quotation: Upon reviewing your manuscript, we will provide the free sample edit, along with a quote for the required services. Our rates are set by the Editorial Freelancer's Association and are standard for scientific research:

   - Developmental Editing: $0.06 per word

   - Copy Editing: $0.04 per word

   - Proofreading: $0.03 per word

- Step 3: Agreement: If you agree to proceed, we will send you a contract outlining the scope of work, deadlines, and other project details.

- Step 4: Client Portal Access: Upon agreement, you'll receive an invitation to our secure client portal where you can track the progress of your project, communicate with the editor, view invoices, and make payments.

After the initial edit, once you make the recommended changes, we will re-edit those changes to make sure they’re in line with academic requirements.
